Kelinchi has let us know about an event organised by Guildford Orienteering Club happening on Wednesday 13th November. It’s a talk taking place at the Guildford Institute on Ward Street from 6:30pm. Tony Painter is a map enthusiast and will be presenting on maps and the history of mapping, including some wartime Soviet stuff and some early orienteering maps. If you happen to be a GO member, well done you. If not it’s just £4.
