We have secured The Three Pigeons in Guildford as the venue for our AGM and Mismanagement Elections. This event as always takes place after the hash run.

The price is £5 per head for paid up GH3 members. (Price does not include a drink.)
MM Elections:
The following posts are either being vacated or created. If you would like to ‘volunteer’ for one of these roles then either let myself or an RA know, or RSVP to guildfordhash+MMnom@gmail.com
- Hash Scribe – currently held by Dingers. Responsible for writing the r*n report each week.
The rest of the committee have agreed to stay on, but if you would like to have a go at one of the roles you can stand against the incumbents. These roles include: GM, RA(s), JM(s), Scribe, Webmistress, Trailmistress, Hash Cash.
